Framing of the Ribeirão Preto Brazil Temple Gets Underway
The first columns have been erected for the structural frame of the Ribeirão Preto Brazil Temple. A tower crane on site helps with the lifting and positioning of the heavy steel components. Groundbreaking Services Announced for the Ribeirão Preto Brazil Temple
Elder Joni L. Koch, president of the Brazil Area, will preside at the groundbreaking services for the Ribeirão Preto Brazil Temple on Saturday, June 22, 2024. The temple will be constructed at the intersection of Av. Antonio Marcal and R. Jose Brandani in Ribeirão Preto. Plans call for a single-story temple of approximately 32,000 square feet. There are currently 23 temples dedicated, under construction, or in planning for Brazil.

A computer-generated rendering of the Ribeirão Preto Brazil Temple was published today, providing a sneak peek of how the completed building will appear once it has been constructed. The temple was first announced in October 2022, and the location was disclosed the following month. The temple site is located at the intersection of Avenida Antônio Marçal and R. José Brandani in Ribeirão Preto. The single-story temple will be approximately 32,000 square feet.
